1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items are non-returnable:

    • Lingerie, swimwear, and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

    • Sale/clearance or final-sale items

2. Return Process

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color (subject to availability).

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 1 day with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
